Polai is an AI-powered content generation app. Users can create AI-generated text-based content using prompts or other creative inputs. Polai is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.

3. Ownership of Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content generated using Polai. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use and the output complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

4. License

Polai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer additional features or content through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed via the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and subject to Apple’s billing terms. Polai does not issue refunds.

6. Age Requirements

Polai is intended for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. However, parents or legal guardians should supervise children's use of the App. Polai does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Privacy Policy

Polai respects your privacy. We do not collect, store, or share personal data. The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy and seek any necessary consents.

8. Global Access

The App is intended for use globally. However, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations where you use the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, branding, and interface elements, remain the exclusive property of Polai LTD. This excludes user-generated content, which is owned by the user.

10. Termination

Polai LTD may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of this Agreement or legal obligations. You may delete the App at any time to terminate your use.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided without warranties of any kind. Polai LTD disclaims all liability for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, misuse of content, or third-party claims.

12. Changes to this Agreement

Polai LTD may modify this Agreement from time to time. Changes will take effect upon posting the updated version within the App or on our website, if applicable.
